Scouting Reports - Cameron Congreve + Luke Graham
For the next request, it’s a doubler and it’s two players I’ve been really impressed by this season so far, Cameron Congreve and Luke Graham.

Cameron Congreve is a 21 year old Welsh U21 international Right Winger who currently is on loan at Dundee from Swansea City. His contract with Swansea City is up in Summer 2028, so he will command a fee and I think his performances this season will inflate that fee.
Congreve has really been fantastic in the league this season, he’s a right winger who cuts in on his left and has very high technical ability. He’s been an elite creator for Dundee this season, currently joint 2nd in assists in the league.
I’d say his ability with the ball at his feet is his main strength, he reminds me of Niall McGinn, in that when he has the ball, you cannot get it off him. He doesn’t have blistering pace but he’s fantastic at using his technical ability to get a yard of space to cross into the box. He’s got a really good eye for a pass too, smart passes, which I believe suits him cutting in and almost playing as an attacking midfielder and this suits if you’re wanting overlapping full backs.
I’d say that his finishing ability is something he really needs to work on, if he can make that a strong part of his game, I think he’d be one of the best wingers in the league.
One thing I’m really impressed with is the defensive work that Congreve does, he’s a hard worker and will do a lot for the team which you can’t really say for most flair type players.
I really believe that the next step for Congreve is a high end Scottish team like a Hearts, Hibs or Aberdeen. I wouldn’t be surprised if he went back to Swansea and broke into their team. I believe he’d command a high end 6 figure sum and a sell on for him to even be transferred out of Swansea.

Luke Graham is a 22 year old central defender currently playing for Dundee, he is currently a Scotland under 21 international and has been linked to numerous clubs such as Rangers and Aberdeen.
Honestly, Luke Graham is a MUST HAVE player for any Scottish team this summer. He’s got all of the qualities that the big teams need, he’s a left footed central defender, he’s technically really strong, he’s tall, he has pace and he’s Scottish.
He’s one of the best on the ball in the league at centre half, he never struggles on the ball which is fantastic, he progresses the ball so well, either with his dribbling or picking out a forward pass.
In the air, he’s so strong, winning 3 out of 4 aerial duels which is elite in the top flight currently, not surprising when you’re 6ft 3 but there’s some tall defenders who can’t even time headers very well and he’s not one of them.
Defensively, in terms of tackling and marking, I will say he’s average, but he’s only 22 and it can only improve with age as he gets used to how to deal with situations, and with better coaching, it can only get better.
One thing I really like looking at Graham is the fact that his career so far has been on an upwards trajectory, he’s been on loans from Lochee United to Albion Rovers to Montrose to Falkirk and now he’s shown his quality in the top flight with Dundee. So logically, the next step is Celtic, Rangers, Hearts, Hibernian or Aberdeen.
His contract is up next summer, so he’d be available on a cut price this summer, I reckon also high 6 figures and I’d take it. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s the next left sided defender to play for Scotland for many years to come.
